These Terms govern your use of Video Watermark Remover at videowatermarkremover.pro. By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a plan or credit pack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The video tool performs a local browser-based visual repair of one selected static rectangular overlay in a clip. It currently supports compatible clips up to the displayed size and duration limits and exports WebM. It does not track moving overlays, remove invisible provenance signals, guarantee audio preservation in every browser, or repair every watermark without artifacts.
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for reviewing any output before use.
You may use the service only on content you own or have permission to modify. You must not use it to infringe copyright, remove ownership or attribution information unlawfully, misrepresent the origin of content, evade platform or legal controls, distribute malware, attack the service, automate abusive traffic, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Where paid features are offered, checkout may be provided by Stripe or PayPal. Prices, currency, billing interval, included credits, and renewal terms are shown before you approve payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the checkout terms expressly say otherwise.
A provider payment status alone does not complete delivery. We treat a purchase as complete only after the signed payment event is verified, the order is recorded, and the purchased entitlement is granted. If that process fails, contact support and do not submit duplicate payments.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes, foreign-exchange charges, and bank fees may depend on your location and provider.
You retain rights in the videos you process. Because core processing is local, you do not grant us a license to upload or store those videos. The website software, branding, documentation, and original site materials remain owned by Video Watermark Remover or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to our trademarks or source code.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Browser support, output format, limits, prices, and features may change. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or perform maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
